Just for Chris and CM (and anyone else) who don't know what an exersaucer is (see earlier post from today). Here are a couple of pics and the blurb taken from the auction. Only just heard back from the seller tonight so will be collecting it on Wednesday since we have the day off (ANZAC day).

This exersaucer is in excellent condition and has the following features:

6 activities to keep baby amused.
Height adjustable to 3 levels.
Seat can be either fixed or swivelling.
Stabilising legs which can be tucked under to allow baby to rock back and forth.
Removable seat cover for easy washing.

Can be used for babies from about 5 months and up to at least 12 months.

Though from what I know about them - most kids get frustrated with them once they are on the move (which I guess is understandable) but I think it will be a wee while before Rachel really starts moving!

Right off to bed now... everything is ready for another week! :)

Exciting! Natalia had a turn in the one at playgroup and she loved it. She would hate it now, for the reasons you said.. she's much more interested in following Amelia and Bella around the house and trying to play with them. Hehe. Rachel will love it! :-)

Cool, she'll love it!! So much better than a baby walker, I think they're a bit dangerous the way they let littlies race around the house when they are too little to have that mobility.

Have you got a jolly jumper?? They bloody love them!!

Our grandsons used to love being in them, also loved the Jolly Jumpers! They can really move on those.

I think that thing is awesome! WE never had them when my first lot of kids were babies, and its so good they don't have wheels, ones with wheels are dangerous. Have a great day chick.

Oh the differences in names - I have a very similar thing for Lachlan but his is called a "bouncing baby play place" - quite a mouthful really! And he so loved it when he was Rachels age, he's outgrown it a little now but he enjoyed playing in it until he was a good 10 or 11 months old.
